Banoffee Pie is an English dessert made from bananas, cream, and Dulce de Leche layered on top of crumbled graham crackers.
Surprisingly easy to make, so delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Ready Graham cracker pie crust
- 1 jar of OH! Cookies & more Dulce de Leche
- 4 bananas
- 1 TBsp. Lemon Juice
TOPPING
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 40 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Cinnamon or Cocoa Powder for decoration
Instructions:
1 - For the whipped cream: Using a mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk together on a medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Do not over whisk or it will turn into butter.
2 - Slice the bananas and mix them with the lemon juice. This will help preserve the bananas and they won't turn brown.
3 - Spread OH! Cookies & more Dulce de Leche on top the pie crust. Layer the bananas on top, and then add a nice layer of the whipped cream. Sprinkle cinnamon or cocoa powder to garnish.
4 - Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Cover and store leftover pie in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
